We were so lucky to have connected with Lindsey, who guided us through every step in our home buying process. As first time home buyers, we had countless questions, concerns, and worries, and Lindsey patiently answered each and every one. She understood our hopes and limitations as to the home we could purchase and took us to see numerous homes in Carson City and the Dayton area. Once we found the home we wished to buy, she made every effort to facilitate the process, even after it ran into some glitches on the part of the seller. Lindsey was wonderful always there to answer our questions and always worked with us to see a house when we asked. She taught us what to look for in a sturdy home because we saw some rough houses that we thought we could renovate but she had the expert knowledge of knowing which houses were worth fixing and which ones were not. Her knowledge helped us pick the perfect house with not a lot of renovation needed and within our budget if we did want to renovate.
